I belive working as a care manager is a very emotionally fulfilling and rewarding opportunity. Arpita has an experience of 25 years working in multiple roles and functions which helps her to be a better problem solver. In her experience with elderly in her own family, Arpita feels that they always have exciting stories and great advice and she enjoys her conversations with them.

My Husband is an enterpreuneur and runs a multi-brand car service center. I have two sons, One is persuing a B.Tech degree IT from MIT Manipal, and the other is preparing to study Law.

I graduated with B.com (Hons) from Calcutta University in 1996.

I have an experience of 25 years working with multiple departments ranging from accounts and procurement, to customer service and management,  I also worked with my husband in helping manage his business. The variety of professional experiences helps me be a better problem solver
